Volunteering as a Lifeboat Visits Team Member and being part of the RNLI’s lifeboat station is an important role within the charity as we aim to save the lives of people of all age groups through our fantastic visits programme.

The Visitor Centre at Fistral Beach is reopening on 4th April 2026, and we’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join the team! Commitment: One 4-hour shift per week (12-4) – choose any day that suits you Full training provided As a volunteer, you’ll: • Meet and greet visitors, families, and groups • Deliver basic beach and water safety information • Share the lifesaving work of the Royal National Lifeboat Institution This is a fantastic opportunity to support your local community, promote water safety, and be part of an iconic coastal location.
