Do you enjoy staying organised and helping things run smoothly? Kirkwall RNLI is looking for a new Fundraising Secretary to support our local fundraising team. This volunteer role is all about helping the group stay on track by keeping clear records, handling meeting notes, and making sure information is shared with the team when needed. You don’t need to be an expert secretary, just someone who is reliable, organised, and happy to support a good cause.

You’ll be joining a friendly, established team who are excited to welcome someone new. As Secretary, you’ll play an important part in helping the group feel connected and prepared, ensuring events and meetings run efficiently. It’s a great opportunity to get involved in local fundraising while contributing your organisational skills in a relaxed, supportive environment.

You’ll also have plenty of guidance along the way. Our full‑time Community Manager, Emily, works closely with the team and is always happy to answer questions or offer support whenever you need it.
